About Desert Research Association (DRA)
The Desert Research Association (DRA) is an academic and research-oriented organisation comprising academicians, researchers, institutional members, social workers, professionals, and scholars from diverse fields. The Association is registered with NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Established in 2021, DRA is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting research, education, academic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and social development. The Association provides a platform for academicians, researchers, young scholars, professionals, and social workers to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and contribute to the advancement of research and education.
Since its establishment, DRA has organised 3 International Conferences and 2 National Conferences, along with several seminars, workshops, orientation programmes, training programmes, social awareness activities, and educational initiatives. These activities focus on encouraging research, developing academic skills, promoting social awareness, and addressing contemporary social, economic, environmental, and developmental issues.
